We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were equipped with a luxurious bath tub, which is a rare find in most hotels nowadays. The hotel is conveniently situated next to a new mall and some street vendors, making it easy for us to find food for lunch and dinner. If we didn't feel like going out, we could just dine in at their own restaurant or order room service. The staffs were very polite and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.
We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel has recently been modernised and upgraded and is exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The hotel is also well located with respect to shopping and has a moderate-sized Mall attached.
As with many hotels in the region, internet access is limited and of variable to poor speed. The importance of good internet access to the international traveller tends to be under-appreciated.

We loved the location of this hotel in the downtown area. It was close to the airport and the city centre. Plus, it was next to a new mall, making it easy to find food options for lunch and dinner. The hotel facilities including the comfortable bed, bathtub, on-site restaurant and lounge were fantastic. Additionally, the staff was very polite and friendly towards us during our stay.

Hotel made open my debit card while checking, finally there was no payment to hotel or Booked.net and i shall wait about 14 days for refund.

Convenient location near shopping centers and airport. Comfortable bed and good room service.
Room and bathroom had unpleasant odors, and air conditioning was not effective. Noisy corridors and high prices for food and other extras.

Take almost 2hours to check in, although we came at about 3pm.rooms were not ready yet. the bell boy informed us that we could request extra pillows to housekeeping, in fact it was not available.

The hotel was conveniently located near a mall, but far from the main tourist area. The room size was generous with a well-appointed bathroom. Reception staff were helpful and attentive. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, with local delicacies available. The hotel was near the Keraton area and had a view of a nearby building site.
The lobby was dark, and the room was outdated presenting stains on decorative pillows.

Great location close to all major attractions and a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and room service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes.
The room was small and cramped, with outdated decor and an uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was not very clean, and the shower was weak and unreliable.
